After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College, Zoe went on to work for a refugee resettlement agency for several years in Boston before returning to her home town of Portland to get her master’s degree in Public Health from the University of New England.
When she’s not working Zoe loves to cook and bake – decadent cupcakes are her specialty.
