PROPEL Eats at Zapoteca – April 24
Come to Zapoteca on April 24 from 5:30 – 8:00 for a special PROPEL Eats Patron Tequila Dinner! Each course will be paired with a tequila tasting or a cocktail.
1st Course
Gordito Con Vientre de Cerdo: Ancho chile and masa gordito topped with cumin crusted pork belly, smoky red chile sauce, micro cilantro, cucumber.
2nd Course
Enchiladws De Pollo Mole Poblano: Wood oven roasted enchiladas filled with tender chicken breast and topped with our rich Mole Poblano sauce. Sesame seeds, black beans, radishes and guajillo scented ensalada.
OR
Enchiladws De Puerco: Wood oven roasted enchiladas with with adobo glazed pork, sweet caramelized onions and local Montery Jack cheese. Tomato habanero sauce, Mexican crema, Yucatan pickled red onions, black beans, ensalada.
OR
Relleno De Queso: Fire roasted poblano pepper filled with caramelized onions, artisan Montery Jack cheese and queso fresco. Tomato jalapeno sauce, black beans, ensalada.
3rd Course
Tarta De Limon Mango Mexicano: Mexican lime and mango tart with coconut maria cookie crust. Caramelized mango, agave rum cream.
Vegetarian and vegan options of all courses are available upon request. On the registration page, after entering your billing information, please make sure to answer which entree option you would like.
