Triathletes aren’t super human, they’re super planners. Will (tri-maine.com) will discuss the challenge of balancing professional and personal schedule with a healthy lifestyle. His focus will be on training for, and participating in, endurance races, specifically running and triathlon. Will will share his own experiences as a coach, race director, and athlete, as well as thoughts around training/racing plans, nutrition-on-the-go, and how to lay out a season by setting long-term and short-term goals.

Hear Rob Tod of Allagash Brewing Company talk about how he built his company from a one-man operation to a business that sells beer all over the U.S. — and become one of the industry’s most distinguished and well-respected brands. Rob will explain how he noticed something missing in the American beer market and how he was able to take his vision and make Allagash into the company it is today, one with award winning beers.

Allagash has vastly expanded since Rob sold his first beer in 1995. He’ll tell us about various transitions of his business and how he has managed this expansion while also producing the finest Belgian-style and experimental ales this side of the Atlantic.
