Gordito Con Vientre de Cerdo: Ancho chile and masa gordito topped with cumin crusted pork belly, smoky red chile sauce, micro cilantro, cucumber.

2nd Course
Enchiladws De Pollo Mole Poblano: Wood oven roasted enchiladas filled with tender chicken breast and topped with our rich Mole Poblano sauce. Sesame seeds, black beans, radishes and guajillo scented ensalada.

Enchiladws De Puerco: Wood oven roasted enchiladas with with adobo glazed pork, sweet caramelized onions and local Montery Jack cheese. Tomato habanero sauce, Mexican crema, Yucatan pickled red onions, black beans, ensalada.

Relleno De Queso: Fire roasted poblano pepper filled with caramelized onions, artisan Montery Jack cheese and queso fresco. Tomato jalapeno sauce, black beans, ensalada.

3rd Course
Tarta De Limon Mango Mexicano: Mexican lime and mango tart with coconut maria cookie crust. Caramelized mango, agave rum cream.

PROPEL is kicking off nominations for its annual entreverge awards with the University of Southern Maine and U.S. Senator Susan Collins! Join us on Tuesday, April 3 at USM’s Hannaford Hall starting at 5:30 pm for a free event focused on entrepreneurship. You’ll also learn how you can nominate deserving businesses for entreverge awards! Sen. Collins will speak about entrepreneurialism in Maine, promoting business leadership through education, and growing jobs. President of USM, Dr. Selma Botman will also present.

After the presentations there will be a networking event with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. This event is free! PROPEL and Chamber members and their guests pay just $5 for a ticket to the game and an exclusive pre-game event. The pre-game event will be from 6:15 to 7:00pm in the Captain’s Club in the Main Lobby and will feature complimentary food, a cash bar, and Pirates giveaways. The game starts at 7:05pm. Tickets should be picked up at special PROPEL table at the entrance to the Captain’s Club on the night of the game. You MUST pre-purchase your tickets, they will not be available the night of the game.
